Scam or fraud: Lenovo — defective phone

Complaint Details:
I bought a Motorola G4plus phone a year back.All though there were no major issues in the beginning I had noticed that there was a small issue i.e., screen retention/shadow display for which I have it for service to the authorised service centre three months back during the warranty period.Once I got back the phone with a replaced touch panel I was facing issue with headphone jack not working and also ghost touch for which I again have the phone for service.Although they replaced the headphone jack the issue of ghost touch had not been resolved for which I had to give it to service once again since it was still in the warranty period.
Till date the issue has not been resolved although I got back the device within two days saying that the issue has been solved with a software issue.
I am facing multiple issues with the phone like these for the past few months even though none of those issues are from my end. Even after visiting the service centre couple of times there is no solution from their end.I hope to get a permanent solution for the issue.
