Complaint Details:
Hi,
We bought kurlon mattresses on 21/06/2017, one month back but the mattresses are not in good condition, facing body pain issue. we log the complaint on 24/07/2017 and the technician visit and said that sagging issue is there and gave confirmation saying that the mattresses will be replaced with in 7 working days,
Now customer care team is saying that they received a feedback that mattress are okay. they won’t replace for body pain issue.
