Complaint Details:
I am having savings bank account no.XXXX2516 with Kotak Mahindra Bank. The Bank sent me a Credit card in last year but the same was returned back as undelivered because I was out of station. The Bank accepted this fact in their mail also. Besides, I received a call from one Mr. Ashwini, my customer relation officer who accepted the Bank’s mistake & informed that the entire amount wrongly deducted would be refunded in 2 days time. However, almost10 days have lapsed but refund is not made till date. I request you to escalate the issue & help me in getting the refund. Thanks.
