Scam or fraud: Kotak Mahindra Bank — For my Relieving Letter

Dear,
I am a former employee of Kotak Mahindra Bank, vikaspuri branch, Delhi.I was under notice period from 09/01/2017 to 10/04/2017.
My last working day was April 10th 2017.I have completed the separation process in the systems also.
It has been more than three months since I have resigned from the bank, Still I haven’t got any intimation regarding my relieving letter. I have already call to the HR regarding the same and still the issue is not resolved.Many times she can’t pick my phone . This is just not the right way to treat your employees and if you can’t treat your employees well, then how will you be able to satisfy your customers.I am fed up with many calls and remainders regarding the issue.
Please consider this as an emergency request and kindly complete the remaining procedures as immediate as possible so that I could get my relieving letter at the earliest.
