Complaint Details:
I have submitted my cell (Intex cloud swift) at universal enterprises Pune, which is under warranty on 22/12/2016. which has not been resolved till date. I had also called customer care regarding the same, it was informed me that your senior executives will look in to the matter and will give a call to me, which is also not done from your side. I feel i have given enough time to your team to get resolve my cell. I would finally wait for 2 more days to get my cell serviced or replaced or else will have to take some serious steps.
