Complaint Details:
I have booked on 14.06.2017 for a journey from chennai to renigunta and entered all the required details and the bank details for payment. After making the payment the indian railways says transaction failed but the amount from my account has been debited. I once again tryed for booking on 15.06.2017 and i have got the same reply and once again my money has been debited.

now, my question to indian railways is that you are not able to provide proper service for online booking and simply debiting people money without providing the service is not good and the people feel cheated by you because the money of the customer is being blocked and you will take 2 to 3 days to refund the same. A common man may need that money to travel but you are depriving the common man to travel by keeping his money with you for no reason at all for 2 to 3 days. It should be refunded immediately the moment the transaction failed and more over you people are not supposed to debit the amount if no ticket is available. It is a money racket to debit the account of the people.
