Complaint Details:
Good day, I have booked train tickets on IRCTC mobile app on 22.02.2017 & 11.03.2017. On both these occasions my tickets haven’t been booked but my Bank account has been debited for the ticket charges. In this case, I contacted IRCTC Customer care on the very same day, and heard it will be returned to your bank account in 4-5 days. But still i haven’t received both the refunds and even i confirmed with my bank and they also confirmed there is no reversal from IRCTC to your account. In this case I made a repetive calls to Customer care but no one bothers to pick the call. Even i tried via E-mail but no response and even through TWITTER also no solution to the issue.
