IRCTC — REFUND OF FAILED TRANSACTION-ONLINE BOOKING
I booked 4 times 2 person TATKAL ticket from THANE to MOHOL (Train no 12115) on 17/07/2017 ON THE INTERNET but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. The amount of money amounting to Rs. 1613.78/- was, however, debited to my ICICI account . Their Failed transaction ID is- 100000913085974, 100000913186339, 100000913124303, 100000912961467, dated 17/07/2017.
So please do the refund to my respective account .
