Complaint Details:
I have registered a complaint on 14th Feb as my IFB machine electronic panel was not responding hence unable to start the machine.
Recently I have paid a large amount as AMC also.
For the last 2 weeks I have been making calls to both IFB call centre as well as to visakhapatnam service centre.
Both teams are not taking responsibility and are causing me unwarranted mental trauma.
Should there be shortage of spare parts the IFB team should ideally replace the machine and not just evade the issue.’
The call centre agent just puts you on hold for 10 minutes and disconnect the call.
