Dear Idea Team,
I received my bill of duration 15 July to 24 August 2017 against my mob number 9630246099. The total bill is 2469 and it surprised me that it is the highest bill ever from Idia. Moreover, it is bill for 10 days and showing because of internet use (Prorated Overrage Charges).
I want to make it clear that i did not use the internet as much as bill is claiming and i think because i port out my number. I expect all professional behavior from Idea and it seems cheap to put the high bill in case of number is ported out.
I request you to see the issue.
Note: It is the rule that company never let ported the number if any pending till the date you get a request for porting. In this view, my first request for porting was rejected due to the same reason (on 18 july). That’s why I deposited extra around rs (50+128) other than last month bill (around 460) on 15 July and got ported. Now, i don’t understand on what basis, Idea is claiming the highest bill.
