Complaint Details:
My policy is expiring on today and I made the renewal of the policy 20 days back and I havent received the document in email/physical till today.
I have been calling multiple times and everytime I am listening different things like,
policy is not visible at our end due to some technical issues and will send you by eod. someone says u have to wait 24-48 hours to get a policy document. then who is responsible if traffic cops stop me by midnight today. who will pay me theamount?
