Complaint Details:
I was booking railway ticket online, while clicking on pay button my amount of rs. 3550 got debited from ICICI account but in irctc site it is showing as failed transaction. As got response from irctc that it is a failed transaction so you will have to contact bank for the refund.
Please help. I was booking ticket on 23rd june, 2017 and till date i have not received my amount.
