This is to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased a new Motor Cycle Model Glamor I3S on 12.6.17 fro the above authorized dealer . On 13.4.17 the Meter cable did not work, for which I came to the Service Section of JMG Automobiles, Cuttack, from whom it had been purchased two days before for checking the meter function . But no body attended the service and waiting for few hours, one person came and informed that the meter cable might be defective one and needs to be changed . BUt they did not change the cable with a plea that the Hero Company has not sent any spare cable of this new Motor cycle for replacement of defective one even on payment . Since last one month though I am contacting the service wing of the dealer, they are telling one thing that no cable has been sent to our stock by the company . It is not not expected from HERO MOTOR Cup which is not able to send spare cables to attend /change the defective one. On the other hand the Servicing of your Company at JMG service Station, Cuttack is very poor .
Therefore, I request you to interfere in the matter and necessary redressal may be given for imparting proper service after sale of the Motor cycle. I expect that your will be kind enough to attend the work/ service.
