Complaint Details:
My policy is closed & DD has reached wrong address. I enquired almost 4branches by stepping in. They all asked my & my husband’s documents. I submitted it in all 3 places. But I don’t get reply for any of them. I also received a SMS to wassup all those documents. But till now no money credited in my account. Kindly verify n reply me.
Hdfc customers call me often & giving different options to avail it. Its really very poor data base you maintain for this huge insurance.
I need my money back at the earliest.
