Complaint Details:
I have purchased the HDFC Life Click2Protect Plus through online on 5th December 2016.
Due to their slow process i have cancelled the policy on 5 th February 2017 that time they said my money will be credited in my account with in 10 to 15 days.
Its been 40 days still i didn’t got my money back and also not correct answer from the customer care of HDFC LIFE.
