Complaint Details:
I asked for a refund from PayUmoney which was initiated on 6 November and I got the confirmation mail for the same.
Payment ID : 168374586
The refund proceess usually takes 3-5 working days.However, the amount is still not credited to my bank account.
When I contacted PayUMoney again, they provided me with an ARN number
74678447311000002736091.Am not getting any response from the bank end.
