Complaint Details:
My credit card reference number- 18J[protected]N4 was in process for 2 weeks after all the verification and today i received an email that due to internal policy it has been rejected. I need the ans for this and is there any number i can contact. I have waited so long and no you are saying it has been rejected.
Due to this i was not able to apply for another bank’s credit card as some one told me that it usually take 2-3 weeks to deliver the card after in process status and now your card will not be disapproved as the requests has already been processed by the bank.
