Complaint Details:
I have a ceiling fan from Havells. For the past few days the fan is not functioning properly. So I lodged a complaint but no one showed up. And they just closed my complaint as resolved. In the last one week I have called havells 4 times. Every time I had to hear the same nonsense that the engineer would come over and I would receive a call but nothing actually happened. This is extremely poor customer service and I actually regret buying a product from your company. That too when my product is in warranty. No wonder your customer satisfaction rate is so low. I’m sorry to say your customer service sucks.
