Scam or fraud: Happy Easy Go — unethical behavior to keep the money and not confirming the transaction

Complaint Details:

My name is Divya Nakra. I have booked two tickets from port Blair to Delhi for traveling on 28/2/2018 from happy easy go. The transaction is made on 15/10/2017. I have got transaction succeeded mail for both the tickets, I have got the ticket for one transaction and the other one is getting canceled from their end after keeping the money for 10 days.
In this situation, the ticket which is Confirmed from their end does not solve my purpose and is useless for me.
Since they have canceled my second ticket after receiving the full amount (transaction succeeded) I want to cancel my first ticket with the full amount of refund.

The trip I’d die for both the transaction is as below.

Their reply is :
first ticket is confirmed but because prices are increased by the airline they did not get a chance to book the second ticket.

In this regard I want to complain that this seems to have done knowingly. They have booked first ticket and then they have not updated the prices and allowed me to book another one, further they allowed me to do full transaction and received the amount from me, then they sent me a mail saying transaction succeed and then not booking the ticket saying prices are increased.

This allows them to take my money and keep it for 10 days and they are also aware that since my second transaction is not successful I have to cancel the first one also.

This wrongdoing from their end is compelling me to complain against them here.
