Scam or fraud: Fraudulent Charges for Stopped Data Service

Complaint Details:
I have noticed that my bill for my postpaid number, has been wrongly induced with International Data Usage, whereas I consciously kept the data off in my phone. When I confronted this with the agent she gave weird excuses about the usage. Unconvinced, i asked my data services to be stopped immediately, i.e. on 28th Nov’16, and subsequently got confirmation sms for stopped data service from Vodafone, however i was appalled to see yet again International Data Usage in the subsequent billing on different dates in December 2016 and add to that they had also charged me with the rent for data service.

I raised this complaint to Nodal officer on 29th Dec’16 and got a complaint reference number 995644164, which as per his mail was to be resolved within 48 hrs. It’s been 11 working days now, and i am yet to get a solution.

Worst company and Fraudulent people all the way to the core ! No customer focus… the only focus they care is to cheat ! Fraudsters !
