I have ordered mobile phone and which become a not good. I requested flipkart to exchange or refund but company is telling they don’t have replace or refund policy. Flipkart doesn’t have exchange or refund policy they are communicatiing. The policy was not clear. They are not helping about my order. It’s totally disappointed of flipkart. The policy like cheating consumer in e-commerce industry.
