Scam or fraud: Flipkart — not getting replacement for damaged product received

Complaint Details:
St sepI have purchased whilpool 292 ltr refrigerator on 21se sep i got it on 23rd sep and i got some scrathes on the refrigerator, And the same is convyed to Flipkart by his delevry boy at the time of delvery and from that day daily i am connectiing to flipkart for the replacement but still they are processig my request for the replacing and in that they have sent the engeneer 2 times for the isiting the site by why this is require as your delevery perosne has already taken the picture, Order number-OD110282222826428000
