We have purchased a mobile online which order id is od109353661503916000 dated 05/06/2017 invoice no f00akrj18-00002126 dated 06/06/2017 mobile compny name a&k modle no a1111. This moble have a problems of touch screen and mobile have not touch pen. So we are unable to use this mobile. So you are requested to you to replace this product or return our money.
