Complaint Details:
I’ve ordered a Redmi Note 4. Expected delivery date was today and the product on tracking has been lying with the Budhigere facility for close to 36 hours [10am last morning]. None of the customer care executives want to help but just say we understand your issue while they don’t. The phone has been shipped from the hub nearest to me to some place 25 kms away. Now they won’t even let me change my shipping address owing to delay from their end. Unprofessional to the core..
