Complaint Details:
My name is Anant Singh, i ordered a pair of Reebok Sport Shoes in beginning of may 2017, i unfortunately received a damaged product and placed a return/refund request the next day and it was picked up by the courier person, till this phase it was all smooth and hasslefree process. Now it has been almost a month since i returned it and have not receive the refund yet, tried calling fashion and you customer care but no one ever answered a single call. reached them via emails and got a revert saying you will get refund asap but havent received my money till date and now they have stopped reverting to my mails. Kindly help me regarding this, i want refund back into my bank .
