Complaint Details:
Dear Sir/Madam
ECIL Hyderabad is having an MOU for despatches of items from ECIL to various Customer points and also for picking up of consignments from customers for handing over to ECIL Hyderabad for repair.
A consignment was supposed to be picked up from PUNE Airforce Station. The local rep of TCI XPS says that he did not get confirmation mail from Hyderabad Tarnaka Office ( concerned person Manish) and not able to proceed. Whereas Mr Manish (Tarnaka office) says he has sent a mail and presently we are not able to contact him.
Request do the the needful as customer is very furious about this issue.
We have informed Tarnaka office on 20th Jan 2017 for picking up the consignment from PUNE.
We have complained thro your customer care too.
