Complaint Details:
I have placed the order for buying forex dollars on 7th March as my father wants to go to USA. On website it is assured that foreign exchange amount will be delivered on same day or next day. But company’s delivery person didn’t come to deliver dollars on 8th March & the company have not felt necessary to inform customer the actual progress of this delivery.
I am surprised, how company’s this system works. After placing the order neither company personnel have attended my phone call nor they have replied to my email. Company’s both phone lines are always busy.
My father’s flight was on 8th March night & company’s person called me on 9th March where I should deliver the money. Also he was not knowing the order was placed on 7th March.
I have faced lot of inconvenience because of this & had to rush to my relatives & friends to borrow dollars which was required for expenses. This is very much disappointing.
