Scam or fraud: Capital First — Complaint for not deducting EMI from my Bank Account.

I have taken Electronics Durable Loan for SAMSUNG Mobile Black J7 Prime from Kohinoor Electronics Store, Kandivali (West), Mumbai under Invoice No.: KAN/159930 on EMI under above mentioned Loan number from your company.

I am repeatedly getting SMS messages about bouncing of our 4th Instalment (EMI) against above mentioned loan from your company. I have crossed check with my bank and I have sufficient balance in my bank account. I didn’t understand why it has not been deducted from my account.

I faced the same situation during my 3rd Instalment too, though i was having sufficient balance in my bank account your EMI got bounced and Capital first people bound me to pay immediately bounced EMI with penalty of Rs. 400.00 forcefully and i paid Rs. 2513.00 against my actual EMI of Rs. 2113.00 online through your website under Transaction Reference No.: JBOI5420412066 on 9th June 2017.

I request you; kindly inform me reason behind non realisation of my 3rd and 4th EMI from my bank account whereas; i am having sufficient balance in my account. Kindly send me your R7 Report for both the EMI’s i.e. 3rd and 4th respectively.

Herewith i am attaching scanned copy of my bank account passbook; which will prove that i was having sufficient balance in my account on EMI dates.

I request you to take necessary action on above matter at the earliest and start debiting EMI’s from my bank account only. Also, i request you to returned/refund my penalty amount i.e Rs. 400.00 in my bank account. Which you took from unethically against my 3rd EMI.
