Complaint Details:
I have done a mobile top for Rs 200/- through Canmobile on 14-3-17 ( Transaction No. 707311433940 ) and for Rs 100/-. on 15-03-17 (Transaction No. 707410564220).I received a message topup transaction successful. But my mobile account is not updated.
I have contacted the tollfree complaint number was told that it will be refunded in three working days. But the amount is not credited.
Kindly do the needful
