Scam or fraud: Blue Dart Express — Pathetic Service and Bad employees – Blue Dart

Complaint Details:
This is to suggest #HDFC BANK THAT THEY MUST NOT be sending any Courier through BLUE DART.
Their service is so very pathetic. I was supposed to get the courier on last Friday. Their representative called me the same day and asked me that he will do the the delivery by 5pm. He gave me MISSED CALL at 4:30pm after which when I called him back the number was out of reach. He did not ever bother to call me back. I kept calling him for another an hour but NO RESPONSE.

NEXT DAY SATURDAY I CALLED THE OFFICE- VIMAN NAGR BLUE DART and it was continuously coming busy and whenever it was ringing nobody picked the call.

I repeated the same today, Monday and continuously calling their office but nobody is picking up the call. EVEN SOMEONE HAD DISCONNECTED MY CALL 3 TIMES??

AFTER ALL THE THINGS I DID AT MY END FOR REISSUING THE CARD COZ OF THEIR SERVICE THE CARD SEEMS TO GET RETURNED TO HDFC.

PLEASE STOP USING BLUE DART SERVICE IMMEDIATELY.
