Actually on Dt 04/10/2017 ihave recharged top up for my prepaid bsnl mobile number [protected] of Rs 550/- but iam not received top up to my number and amount is deducted from my SBI account threw billdesk iam giving you the transaction reference number for your reference . kindly look in to that and rectify
