My prepaid account balance has been deducted with rs. 30 around 6:30 am without any permission .
When i enquired about the same, Bsnl customer Care told me that a voice chat service had been activated in response to a service call made to me on the day before though i had never made any response nor instructions but ended that service call without any response.
They denied to refund the balance on my complaint which is unfair and disappointing.
