Complaint Details:
From the time I have ported my number from Reliance(Tamil Nadu) to BSNL(Karnataka) I could not recharge my number. I ported my number in the month of october, 2016.
Though I am getting calls and SMS on this number but could not call anybody.
On BSNL website I could not lodge complaint because it denies that the service provider is BSNL.
I think there is some problem with porting process.
I tried calling BSNL complaint numbers several times and did not get a response just once.
Please do the needful or else I will do the last thing I can do to get rid of this problem that is port it some other provider atleast they listen to the problems of customers.
