Complaint Details:
My son (Saransh) is studying in Play Group, Mohali Branch. He is just 2 ½ year old.
My son fell down from swing on 16th Nov’16.
All this happened in the presence of school staff.
But nobody has informed us. Even he was crying in bus also as confirmed by bus staff today.
Yesterday i.e 17th Nov’16, when we went to hospital, Doctor has confirmed that Fracture is there in left Arm.
Now school staff is giving excuses that they hold the baby when he was falling down.
How can it possible that baby got factured when he was properly handled? Nobody will believe on this statement.
We don’t want to continue in such school where there is such a poor response from staff. Please refund entire fee which we have paid till date alongwith reimbursement of expenses towards treatment.
