Complaint Details:
Please be inform that i have an account in your bank in last 3 years, my account no:
(913010056843552), I have my transactions in online only at the time of transactions,
i send money to one account wrongly Canara bank a/c no:3082101000158.
(Amount Rs 3, 500.00 – Three thousand five hundred only) at the date of
18 Aug 2015 (NEFT/IR/AXIR152304653430/traders/HW payment) then i request
more than 50 times in my bank (Madipakkam Chennai) they ask
me one letter i am also given then they give me this Service Request No:16994109 now i am not in chennai but i check that request in my local branch it shows me problem solved, but my client still not get that amount in canara bank wrongly mentioned account is blocked the correct account no is:3082201000158 Pudur branch. Ambattur.
i kindly request please take an necessary action.
