Complaint Details:
I am using Axis Bank from Last 3 years, My account is in Credit Freeze state so that reason, I am not able to transfer money in Axis Bank account from another Bank Account.I have visited axis bank branch ELECTRONIC CITY, BANGALORE with Original Voter Id Card, Photocopy of Voter Id Card and photocopy of Pan Card but they are not accepting. I spoke to branch manager also they are telling Voter Id Card is not valid. you need to carry Pan Card.
