Complaint Details:
MY wife’s Account( PARAMITA SAHA) has been frozen since last 1 week.
The bank is not at all concerned about.
first of all, they could not identify the problem behind it and now they are making the assumption that credit card bill was not paid while the card was cleared 6 months bank and not in use.
My wife’s salary got deposited in that account and we are not able to access the account without any reason.
