Complaint Details:
I put ordered on the aquazpure website, from the date of purchase they just give the order id and later I asked order tracking number, they did not reply anything daily en number of times of times I called to that number and sent an msg he did not reply anything and too sent an mail aft one week I got a tracking number.. aft received the product the product has been damaged and now water overflow and water comes outside.
I need a solution for my problem, one thing the product was replaced or the amount was refund to me…
I don’t know aft registered the complaint my problem will be rectified or not..
