I GS 192935M J.E. (civ) Abhay Bhandari was in the service of GREF (B.R.O.) from which I had resigned on 10-01-2017. here my PLI policy No. was APS1566558-M whose monthly installment were deposited from my monthly salary. After resigning from service, in order to pay installments I require my policy to be converted to case Policy. I had twice written application and also convinced on call center several time. but i here still not received Pass book for PLI policy.
Therefore it is humbly requested to kindly convert PLI policy APS1566558-M to case policy and sand the pass book to my residential address at the earliest so that I can deposit my policy installments.
