Hi,
I had a purchase of 4 pair of shoes in amazon before a month for ₹1196 including shipping charges.
In that 2 pair of shoes was missing.
And the other 2 pair which i got was torn so i returned them and got the refund of ₹598. But they are not giving the balance ₹598 for the product which i didn’t get (missing) while shipping.
I contacted them around 8-9 times. They are playing with me to wait more and more days. Please help me in this here.
