Complaint Details:
My delivery was to reach within 6-7th july. Today ..july 8th, I check the account to find the redmi 4 is delivered on 5th july successfully. Yet somehow I neither have an sms update nor a single phone call on my given contact no. Now, delivery boy says most likely your phone was switched off. I say do we write the delivery address just for some typing practice? He gives up on the thing, saying that may be “by mistake” it was delivered to somewhere else. ..! And concludes by telling me to re-order the thing. ..very harassing work ethics. Customer satisfaction seems to be going down on their priority list day by day.
