Im sahana and my airtel number is 776058***2 and i have registered for the lifetime validity… i had to travel abroad and tge phone for switched off.. now im travelling back next week and the sim is disabled. why does airtel charge us when for validity if this is the case? i cannot call the customer care or go to the nearest airtel office as im still abroad. pls let me know how to activate the sim asap.
