Complaint Details:
Dear sir,
I am customer of airtel of mobile no. 9810265726, & using the number form last 10-15 year. Now I was facing the Network Problem( NO Network, Call drop, etc) from last 1 year. I am calling the customer care from last 1 years but till date my problem didn’t got resolved.
Complain no. is as follows:-
16.04.2016- 68896539
03.06.2016- 69663351
13.02.2017- 74098379
23.02.2017- 74307618
Many other complains got registered but undersigned doesnt have the complain no.
Airtel customer care was assuring us the resolve of the complain but till date undersigned didn’t get the resolution over my problem.
Kindly resolve the problem asap.
