Hi Team,
Hope all is going good except customer’s satisfaction.
I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company I heard you are a number 1 network in India but when it comes to me, I think you have to be on last position. If I come to your customer’s service department I think you need to work on that because it’s useless,
I called thrice for a new broadband connection but what I got was just a big disappointment. The person committed me thrice for a technical visit and, but no one rungs my bell till now moreover one executive puts my call on hold for approx 48mints(Executive name Mr Arun)
I trust this is not the way That Awful Company wishes to conduct business with valued customers—I have never encountered such treatment before. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further I look forward to hearing from you.
