Complaint Details:
Airtel has consecutively produced an error in my bill for the 8th time. I have repeatedly told them that there is an error and they assured that next time onwards this error will never occur but again the same mistake from this inefficient company.
They have said that the closed user group in the postpaid family plan will be entirely free but since they are of the fact that the end user will not be checking the bill so they have failed to produce any discount on that and thereby increasing my bill amount and not for the first nor second nor third!!! but 8th time…
