Dear airtel team, I never expected that I will face this kind of issue from airtel. I have recharged my airtel number 9250447255 by 159 as there was an offer to get 2gb of data. After recharge I received a message that my account has been field with 1gb of data. As per my uses I was informed by messages that has much data is used and how much is remaining. But after finishing 1gb am not able to use another 1gb of data and also no any message or notification about remaining 1gb of data. Yesterday on 19th of January I called to airtel customer care executive. They were replying that I consumed total 2gb. If I haven’t received 2gb of data then how can I use it. Really to worst customer service, even the officers don’t know how to handle customer. Please provide proper training to them and refund my another 1gb of data which I havnt received yet. Otherwise I will port my number to any other operator.
