Complaint Details:
Recently changed the airtel modem to a D-LINK Modem for high speed on the 5th of July. From 6th July there is no internet connection. Have called customer care around 10 times. Each time it is told that the issue will be resolved within 24hrs. Today is the 5th day without internet, we havent heard even once from Airtel. We have been following up and checking on the status and are told that the engineer will contact us. Till day no one has contacted us.
