Complaint Details:
I have been contacted by A one smart packers movers some days back for shifting my vehicle from Mumbai to Tamil nadu. they took the full booking amount of Rs.3600/- by Paytm 10 days back saying vehicle for pick up will come in 30 mts. But now they are neither picking up the phone nor my material for shifting. I tried calling their phone for the past 3 days and they are not picking hte call and deliberately cutting it. please help me to get back my money as soon as possible. . Their Paytm number is 9324431847 & 9881635622. please help
