I s. Balaji from tirunelveli. I booked a celerio zxi car (Blue) on 26th oct 16 at aathi cars pvt ltd tirunelveli. Now i asked to when i take a delivery, they told manufacturing unit still didn’t sent, so it may takes another 15 days, its so inconvenient for me further there are lot of competitions in the world, so pls take a right action with your manufacturing default, and make solve my scrutiny asap, i need a delivery within this month end otherwise i change my opinion to other brands.

Finally i came to know that it was a defective mobile piece (Security sensor was not working, home button not functional, phone continuously hanging, no charging and so many problems). So i contacted amazon for help, each of your executive advised me to download smartcheck utility programme i tried 2 days but it could not be run because phone was not functional finally amazon agreed to return the phone on 2 nov. 2016 (The refund requested was accepted after lot of mental work but never processed till now)
Since then i almost daily talked amazon executive to arrange the pickup of the phone, each time customer executive noted down my complain and assured me for arranging pickup after 1or 2 days, the pickup request automatically cancelled but i keep on trying & requesting to please initiate my refund so that i can pay my creditcard bill or can buy any other phone from grey market, even then nothing done.
The way bill no. For all this is (Awb#69374302060) through blue dart courier service.
These 10 days were quite stressful in which i could not even get my phone and also loosen my hardearned money and suffered from lot of mental stress and each executive told me that if your refund is not arranged till 12 nov. You will be provide compensation for all this.
So i request amazon to please provide me the compensation for all this 15 days mental stress, the precious time which i have lost in these days for arguing with your executives in between my job and useful work and locked my money etc. I have all the call records and emails which team amazon sent me, i have all the screen shots of images of mobile screen when pickup arranged,
I am a very old customer of this site with always positive feedback but this event has broken my faith on amazon for future shopping so i request amazon team for compensating all this issues according to companies legal norms and ethics.

I am writing this to let everyone know how Galgotia institute of management technology is cheating on their students with their deposits at the time of admission, which was clearly informed as refundable amount, however none has received those money back, even after requesting for the refund. The collage staff is continuously neglecting the request and refuse at times which is direct cheating to keep the hard earned money deposited by the students at the time of admissions. I would warned the collage to look into the matter at the earliest else will surely take the further necessary actions to complete the procedure.

01. Hitherto (As per past practice) the garbage from the garbage dump near lmc primary school kaiser bagh, was loaded in a truck parked close to garbage dump through a dumper.
02. But from the last 10 to 15 days the truck for loading of garbage is being parked on the main road at a distance of about 35 meters from the garbage dump (Situated near lmc primary school kaiser bagh). The dumper with garbage travels about 35 meters with garbage for loading the same on the truck causing:-
(A) traffic james on the main cantonment road, near good bakery.
(B) the left over garbage from the garbage dumper spread through out the length of 35 meters causing bad odor and health hazard to the residence living nearby.
03.in view of above, you are requested to issue instructions to the concerned staff, so that truck for loading of garbage is parked near the garbage dump as per past practice.

Dear all,

the above agencies and owners/operator (rishab, pradip, sonia, riya, etc. Contact no. 0161-5060081-84/09501592936/0161-4646305)operating and catching guys from job portel and collecting money for sending abroad, i paid on 29th aug, 2016, and my complaint in this site on sep 24, 2016, after riya called me to withdraw and i done on 07th oct, 2016. I got a mail on 30th sept, i was selected and to go for medical in new delhi.

I done my medical on 5th october 2016 at delhi and cleared on 9th 2016. Now the above guys not picking my phone and i was told my file rejected. If my file rejected why should they suppose to send me for medical. I lost rs.15000/- just for no use. I have all the documents attached with this mail.

From october 20th to november 4th i was chasing them continuously, fail to get a confirmed reply or mail from the above guys/agency for my employment contract/visa/ticket. The above guys cheated me taking money and giving total harassment and torture to me. It is real pain for me and i stopped chasing. I and my family members totally disturbed with this agency/betrayed my career. If any government official can help me to recover my money from this agency and save others who are really in need of employment.

Kindly help me to recover my money from this agency and relieve my tension created by this agency.

Dear all

in connection to the trailing mail from sonia madam, subsequent to my visit to delhi for medical and got the clearance on 9th october 2016. Report enclosed for ready reference. Till date i spent for the above employment is rs.15000/- . More than 60 days gone neither i am getting appropriate and concrete information regarding my employment contract and visa status/joining date on the above organisation.

I am getting various and different type of negative information from different employees (pradip/riya) of sure4visa for the last one week.

I am tracking every day and while on my communication with riya madam, i suppose to get my employment contract on 16th october 2016. Suddenly day before yesterday i was talking with mr.Pradip, my file was cancelled, it was hold by mr. Rishab. It is quite surprise to me after clearing my medical and spent almost rs.15000/- for my employment. My file dumped and it was in the cancelled folder.

It is really shocking to me, if my file to be dumped in the cancel folder, why you people given false information to me as given by riya madam that i am getting my order on 16th october 2016.

If my file was put in to dump, why should you guys sent me for medical check up and i spent rs.7500 + travelling expenses from pune to delhi and back rs.2500. Total amount rs.10000/- (receipt and medical report enclosed).

Indeed, i raised a complaint in online consumer forum against you because, i started communicating from may 2016 and i paid my money in time on august 2016. I was not getting any feedback from any of your employee regarding the process of my file put me in to a very disappointment and forced me to raise a complaint in the online website. After i spoke to riya i immediately withdrawn the same has been informed to riya/sonia/rishab. (snap enclosed)

after clearing all the formalities informed by your agency still my legal documents are not been sent to me to know the exact position and relevant information regarding my employment with watties company in auckland

for the last four days i am in deep tension/confusion after i spoke to pradip and riya madam. I am unable to understand my actual status of my employment with the above company.

I am tracking pradip for the past two days and your staff unable to guide me the exact position about my contract status force me to recall my complaint.

I was worked in various organisation in india and gulf countries. The actual procedure is once we called for face to face or skype interview, we normally gets the offer letter then we use to go for medical. But in your agency case, i completed the medical and still waiting for the employment contract and visa. This practice i never heard in my past experience.

I am sure you are not going to reply to my pathetic/sympathy mail because you never done in the past to provide clear information to the candidates.

It is my sincere request you to mail me with complete details about my employment status.

If you will not provide the correct information will be difficult for any candidates will get tension and force them to approach legal action against your agency.

Need your immediate attention in this regards

I’m being looted by bookmyoffer.com. my 1348 rupees went into waste. i got duplicate product. i sent a written complaint letter to their given address, but my letter returned back to me without any valid reason. this fake venture wants to hide their identity, they never disclose their real address. strict action should be taken against such frauds.

I received a call from optimist marketing executive (Akankhya n sikha) saying that the call is from master card/visa card credit card services.
The offer which was narrated to me were: against payment of rs 7999. They said they will provide a discount card which i ‘ll use at every purchase made through my credit card to get 20% discount. The card will be valid till 2yrs. According to my calculation 20% against rs.7999 will profitable to me. Again i confirm 3 times will it for every purchase or on selected brands, they said on every purchase like petrol counter medicine counter, etc… Then i agreed. But when i already paid to them then they tell about

1. Ucb gift box (Containing watch, wallet, belt)

2. One couple movie ticket voucher, and hotel.

When i call to complain they said the amount in non refundable and they offer for free shoe. The decli

I doubted on there offer but wait for the card coz i already paid. When i got that box. The card have a list of brand from where i bound to purchase to get 20% discount. Which i do not need.

When i complained about this, the executive was also very rude and was not ready to listen to me. He is denying to have said anything like that.
I demanded their recording copy to confirm. They said they will send, but they don’t send me. Again said me to complain any where.

These type of companies should be banned because they provide wrong details so that customer will listen to their call.
Like in my case, they said that they were calling from visa/ master card services.

Now i have seen many complaint already on internet about their company.
I have not used any of the product and would urge to cancel it and get my money back as it is a fraud company.

I also came across many complaints about this company that they provide wrong information.

I had tikona connection and requested tikona to change the connection from my location to new location on june 21 2016. The guy from tikona came on june22nd and found that the new location was no good to catch the network and collected all the equipment (Modem, wire) and gave me the receipt saying all the equipment is collected and i can cancel the tikona connection.
I called tikona the same day to cancel the connection but the customer care center person said, he hasn’t received any such receipt and asked me to wait for 2-3 days.
Even till the billing cycle completed no response from tikona end and for additional month. Then i got bill for 2 months stating i havent paid the bill and continous calls from tikona where i had to explain again and again the same above said story. They asked me to wait. Finally i got message from tikona that i have to pay the amount – rs 2041 to reactivate my account.
I haven’t used the internet for even 10 days they charged me for 2 months by delaying which i found totally unacceptable and being on repeated calls with tikona for so many times.

Then i started getting threatening calls from different advocates (1 lady said she was assistant of naredra kalra) saying they will file a case in delhi court.in tis hazari. Later i got call from different advocate and today i received call from sandeep sinha from mumbai high court. Saying if i dont pay the bill within 30 mins they will file a case. I search online and found that same names are being used to extort people to pay the money.
I request tikona not to indulge in such extortion activities.

Next time when i get similar call i will record the phone call and upload it here for all your information.

Recieving sms about boi star sandesh accounts credit and debit however i dont have any such account. I have been getting these messages from boi star sandesh since a while however since the last couple of months didnt get any sms. Today all of a sudden i got a message stating that rs. 49000 cash deposit has been made in my account however i dont have any such account. Kindly help with the same.
