Hi,
I had a purchase of 4 pair of shoes in amazon before a month for ₹1196 including shipping charges.
In that 2 pair of shoes was missing.
And the other 2 pair which i got was torn so i returned them and got the refund of ₹598. But they are not giving the balance ₹598 for the product which i didn’t get (missing) while shipping.
I contacted them around 8-9 times. They are playing with me to wait more and more days. Please help me in this here.

I have booked ticket from Pune to Shirdi for 2 passengers on completion of my booking i got confirmation mail with ticket which shows passengers =2 and detail of passenger as 1 i.e. Name and seat of passenger.

When i called customer care they replied me that as i have 1 female and 1 male passenger so bus company has taken only female information and booked for her … Also, they accepted that this issue is from there end (makemy trip) but when i asked them to cancel the same thy said they will deduct 10% and refund rest of the amount.
Why shall i as customer should bear loss when the fault is at there end??????

I need full money back… i have the recorded call as well as ticket which shows information provided above is correct.

Iam Vinesh working in Bangalore . I have submitted my documents for creating a salary account one month back. Still now i didnt get my account activated. 3 weeks back i got my account number and 1 and half week back i got my kit . My company deposited my 10 days salary to my account and i couldnt take it as the account is not active. I have given all my documents to one of your staff Mr. Molai who is dealing with this from your sadashivnagar branch, Bangalore. I am not interested to continue with your service so please make a arrangement to withdraw my money.
Such a worst experience i had with a bank.

Well I really don’t know what’s up with you packing cause this the second time we are getting displaced gem from one of the earrings and I am being forced to take this issue with you. Either you fix this packaging stuff which eventually leads to dismantling of the jewellery or we’re giving up you. We’re putting hard earned money and valuable time into this, you should have some respect for them.

Saravana a customer of IOC bearing consumer no.8401 receiving gas cylinders through the Agency Sri Srinivasa agency, Leelamahal road, Tirupati since 5 yrs now intend to book the cylinder, came to know that my account was shifted to other new agency which is far away from my residence without my knowledge nor information. This is not fair, so kindly resolve the same and make me to book the refill cylinder at the earliest possible. Further my request is without concern of the consumer don’t repeat the same to any customer.

मैने amazone के मारफत xolo era x मोबाईल खरीदा है. जीसका चार्जिंग रा शोकेट खराब था ईसलीऐ मोबाईल चार्ज नही हो रहा था. सो मैने ऊसे रीपेरींग के लीऐ नोकरी से छुट्टी ले कर दुर के गाव जहा पर xolo का सर्विस स्टेशन है वहा नडीयाद मे जा कर जमा करवाया, लेकीन सर्विस स्टेशन पर ऊसे अच्छी तरह से रीपेर न करने की वजह से मेरा मोबाईल और ही बीगड गया. कंपनी को कम्प्लेईन की और ईस तरह कंपनी ने मुजे धटीया माल बेचा जीसे बार बार रीपेर करवाने के लीऐ बारबार नौकरी से छुट्टि ले के खुद का बस के कीराये का खर्च करके दुसरे गाव के सर्विस स्टेशन जाने मे बहोत परेशानी होती थी. और ऊपर से सर्विस स्टेशनवाले ऊसे अच्छी तरह से ठीक से रीपेईर भी नही करते थे. ईसलीऐ मैनै कंपनी को मुजे बेचा गया ये डीफेक्टिव मोबाईल रीप्लेस कर देने को या तो रीपेरींग के लीऐ बारबार दुर के गाव के सर्विस स्चेॉशन जाने के आने जाने का खर्चा मुजे देने की बीनती की. लेकीन कंपनी ने मुजसे कहा की” आप फीर से ऐक बार ईसे सर्विस स्चेशन जमा करवाईऐ, तब ही हम ईसे रीप्लेस कर पाऐंगे”. ईसलीऐ मैने ईसे दीनांक ४/११/१६ को xolo/lava service station- junagadh मे जमा करवाया दीया है, लेकिन मोबाईल जमा करवाने के बावजुद कंपनी न तो ईसे रीप्लेस कर रही है और न ही ईसे रीपेरींग के लीऐ सर्विस स्टेशन आने जाने का खर्चा दे रही है. ईसलीऐ मेरी आपसे बीनती है की आप ईस के लीऐ कार्वाही करे की xolo company मुजे बेचा गया जीफेक्टिव मोबाईल जल्द से जल्द मुजे रीप्लेस कर दे या तो ईसकी किंमत वापस करे.
